Routing guide

Cross-border access,
routes for every use case

Everyday browsing, AI chats, and video streaming have different connectivity needs. Start with what you want to do, then compare routes and data allowances—country counts alone don't tell the whole story.

110+ countries 220+ routes Unlimited devices

Peak-hour reliability

Check performance during the hours you actually use the service, across continued browsing—not just a single speed test.

See how to choose a route

Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, chosen route, and destination website. VPNMQ offers international routes across multiple regions. If pages start loading slowly, note the route you're using, then compare it with another route in the same region. Keep your device, network, and destination consistent while testing. Check whether pages keep loading, chats stay connected, and videos play without frequent buffering. A fast result from one speed test doesn't predict performance across every service; a route that works for your everyday tasks is more useful than an isolated peak speed.

Quantum encryption

Treat connection reliability and account security as separate concerns, and keep your client and subscription details safe.

Understand safe use

Quantum encryption is a feature of VPNMQ, but good account security habits still matter. Get the client from your user panel and import your subscription details only on your own devices. Never share screenshots that show the full link. No email address is required: create an account with a username and password, and store your login details securely. A network connection doesn't replace a website's access controls, device updates, or file checks. For payments, work documents, or account settings, verify the address and source of the page.

Unlimited simultaneous devices

Use desktop and mobile devices together, with data managed according to your chosen plan.

See how to use multiple devices

VPNMQ supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Handle web tasks on a work computer and browse on a mobile device, choosing routes to suit each use. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices that can connect at once, not unlimited data. When using multiple devices, check the usage records in your panel to plan activities such as video streaming and file transfers. Configure each device for its platform. Confirm that your usual devices connect properly first, then add others one at a time to make configuration differences easier to troubleshoot.

AI tool access

Separate network connectivity from platform eligibility to troubleshoot chats and research more clearly.

See AI access tips

Before accessing AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, check the platform's regional rules and account eligibility, then choose an appropriate route. VPNMQ provides network connectivity; third-party accounts, paid features, and usage limits are controlled by each platform. After connecting, check that the page loads, then test sign-in and an actual conversation. If only one feature has a problem, that doesn't necessarily mean the entire route is unavailable. For ongoing work, keep your exit region consistent. If something goes wrong, note the page message, selected region, and where the issue occurred, then check the AI guide for more information.

Streaming access

Catalogs, video quality, and playback depend on region, account, and network conditions.

See how to check playback

Netflix, YouTube, and other platforms each have their own content and playback rules. Before choosing a route, confirm the region you want to access. Once connected, check that the site loads, browse the catalog, and test playback. Loading the home page doesn't mean every title will play. Video quality can also depend on your third-party subscription tier, device, licensing, and local network. The routing queue shown here illustrates possible use cases; it isn't a guarantee that every route supports every service. Check the route list in your user panel, then verify playback after connecting. For a detailed checklist, see the streaming access guide.

14-day refunds

Review the terms, then test the connection on your own devices and usual network.

See testing and refund details

VPNMQ offers 14-day refunds. See the refund policy for eligibility and instructions. When evaluating the service, test it with your usual devices, destinations, and daily usage times—not just by checking whether the home page loads. Keep your order details, and distinguish setup issues from route problems or third-party platform restrictions to make any follow-up clearer. For help, submit a ticket through your user panel and describe where the issue occurred and what you've already checked. Before sharing screenshots, hide your password and full subscription link to keep account details private.

Global routes: start with your destination

VPNMQ covers 110+ countries / 220+ routes. The table below links to popular regions; check the user panel for cities, route types, and the current route list. A region indicates a routing option, not a guarantee of uninterrupted access to any third-party service.

For everyday browsing, check sustained loading

If you don't need a specific region, start with one you use often and see whether web pages, images, and files load consistently. Distance is only one factor: routing, your local network, and the destination service all affect performance. Route status figures can help with comparisons, but they don't replace testing your actual tasks. Other people's results may not reflect how your network performs.

Pause large background downloads while testing, and keep your device and network conditions consistent. If a particular website still has issues after switching routes, check its account status, regional requirements, and error messages instead of repeatedly changing all your client settings.

Check regional requirements for specific services

AI tools and video services may have their own rules for exit regions, account details, or content licensing. Check these requirements before choosing a region; this is often more useful than simply seeking the shortest connection path. Site access, account sign-in, and actual feature availability are separate checks—record each one individually.

Once you find a route that works for your everyday tasks, keep another route in the same region for comparison when troubleshooting. For the full setup and import process, read the Guides. To learn about connection checks and routine maintenance, see From Beginner to Advanced.

Route status is a guide for route selection, not an end-to-end test of access to a destination website. Verify the connection on your own device and network.

Data planning

Monthly plans and data packs

Start by estimating how often you'll use the service and how much data you'll need. A monthly plan suits regular use; a data pack may work better if you want to budget based on actual consumption. The key differences are how data resets and the allowance—not the number of devices.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

If you mainly browse the web, chat, and look up information, start with a smaller allowance and assess your actual needs.

  • 60GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

For a mix of everyday tasks, video, file transfers, or multi-device access, compare the data allowance in this tier.

  • 250GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day refunds

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

If you stream videos and transfer files frequently, use your existing usage to decide whether you need a larger monthly data allowance.

Data packs: use until depleted, never expire

¥158 / 300GB ¥358 / 1000GB ¥658 / 3000GB

The difference between a data pack and a monthly plan is how you use it: data packs last until depleted, never expire, and don't reset monthly. If you only look things up occasionally or handle international website tasks from time to time, compare a data pack with a monthly plan. If you have steady monthly needs, use the records in your panel to assess a monthly plan. Check the full plan page before choosing, and don't treat different billing models as if they accumulate data in the same way.

How monthly data allowances work

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not necessarily at the start of the calendar month. When checking usage, match the records to your usage period and distinguish everyday browsing from video streaming and large file transfers. Video quality, viewing time, and background updates all affect consumption, so we don't convert data allowances into fixed viewing hours or estimate usage based on device count.

Upgrade based on actual usage

Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days. If your current allowance doesn't fit your needs, check the upgrade details in your panel before deciding whether to change plans. Every tier supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so you don't need to choose a larger data allowance just to add devices you use regularly. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted; check the plan name, billing method, and order details before paying.

The “Start Free” link takes you to the account creation flow. Paid plan prices are listed on this page and the plans page. Get clients and subscription details through the user panel; installation files and personal subscription links aren't provided on marketing pages.
