Plan Pricing

Plans from ¥9.9/month. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds.

The table below lists all monthly plans and data packs. Monthly plan data resets each month on your start date; data packs last until used and never expire. The two product types have different billing rules, so compare more than just the price.

Monthly Reset

Monthly Plans

For regular access to international websites, AI tools, or streaming. Choose a data allowance based on your usage; there’s no need to move to a higher tier just to add devices. Checking your actual usage is a more reliable way to estimate what you need than setting aside more data than you’re likely to use.

Light Use

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

A good fit for text-based chats, web browsing, and occasional research. If you want to get a sense of your data usage, this is a place to start. Video streaming, file transfers, and background syncing all use data, so a light-use plan isn’t unlimited.

Everyday Use

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

For everyday use across a computer and other devices, with room for browsing, AI tools, and video. This plan has a larger monthly data allowance than the light-use option. How long it lasts depends on the content, video quality, and amount transferred; the allowance doesn’t translate into a guaranteed number of viewing hours.

More Monthly Data

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

For users who know they need more monthly data, such as those who regularly transfer files or stream video. The higher tier provides a larger data allowance, not different service permissions. Devices can be online at the same time without limit, but keep an eye on your remaining data and check the dashboard before changing plans.

Resets and Mid-Cycle Upgrades

Monthly data resets on your plan start date, not on the first of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before changing tiers, check your current plan, start date, and usage records in the dashboard, then review the updated order details. Don’t estimate the result by simply subtracting full-month prices.

Not sure which tier to choose? Start with your usual activities: text-based browsing, continuous video streaming, and large file transfers use different amounts of data. A plan allowance sets a billing limit; it doesn’t guarantee a specific number of hours in any app.

Use a Total Data Allowance

Data Packs That Never Expire

Data packs last until used and never expire. They’re suited to users with an irregular usage schedule who prefer a single total allowance. The data is for the whole pack and doesn’t refill each month. Before choosing, keep this separate from the monthly reset rules for subscriptions.

300GB Total Allowance

Data Pack · 300GB

¥158 / pack

For users who access international websites irregularly and prefer to use data as needed. A fixed total allowance can help with budgeting when there are long gaps between sessions. If you stream a lot of video, compare the billing rules for monthly plans too; don’t base your choice on expiration alone.

  • 300GB total, use until it’s gone
  • Never expires; no monthly reset

1000GB Total Allowance

Data Pack · 1000GB

¥358 / pack

For users who understand their usage and want a larger total allowance. Whether you use it over time or in concentrated sessions, data comes from the same pack and isn’t subject to monthly resets. Consider your budget and actual needs before choosing; a larger allowance isn’t right for everyone.

  • 1000GB total, use until it’s gone
  • Never expires; no monthly reset
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan
3000GB Total Allowance

Data Pack · 3000GB

¥658 / pack

For users with a clear need for a larger total data allowance. Use it as needed; it never expires, but the total amount is still finite. If you’re unsure what you need, check your usage records first. There’s no need to choose this tier for more devices—all plans allow unlimited devices.

If you already have a monthly plan, don’t assume a data pack will automatically add to it or change your existing plan. Check the user dashboard for available options to switch or combine products. If anything is unclear, confirm through a ticket before making changes.

Included with Every Plan

Plan tiers mainly differ in data allowance and billing rules. The facts below apply to all plans. Whether a particular app works also depends on the selected region, the target platform’s rules, and your connection in practice.

Devices

Unlimited devices

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. You don’t need a different tier to add devices, but network activity on each device uses plan data. Get clients and subscriptions from the user dashboard. Check your account’s plan status first, then follow the guide for your platform to connect.

Routes

110+ countries / 220+ routes

Choose an international route based on the service and region you need. Coverage doesn’t mean every route is suitable for every app, and your plan doesn’t include account access to third-party services. Check the routes page before choosing; the user dashboard shows the routes currently available to you.

Connections

Quantum Encryption and App Access

VPNMQ provides quantum encryption for cross-border access connections. Fees, account eligibility, and regional policies for AI tools and streaming services are set by the respective platforms. Network plans don’t include third-party memberships; after purchase, check your connection in the app you want to use.

Support

User Dashboard and Support Tickets

Use the user dashboard for orders, client downloads, and help with using the service. When reporting a connection issue, include your device platform, selected region, and any error message to help identify whether the problem is with your account, client, or target website. Hide passwords and subscription details before sharing screenshots.

Compare Billing Options

Check the reset rules first, then compare allowances. The table below compares how each option works; it doesn’t convert data allowances into guaranteed video hours or treat unlimited devices as unlimited data.

If you already use the service, check the data records in your dashboard rather than choosing a tier based only on the apps you use. Text, images, video, and file transfers can use very different amounts of data in the same app. Use your actual usage to guide changes instead of assuming one allowance suits every situation.

Payment Methods and Order Confirmation

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Before You Pay

After opening the user dashboard from a plan card, check the plan name, data allowance, billing method, and order total. Pay special attention to the difference between monthly plans that reset and data packs that don’t refill each month; similar data amounts don’t mean the products work the same way. Once confirmed, choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT and follow the checkout instructions.

When paying with USDT, carefully check the transfer details shown at checkout. Don’t use payment information from an earlier order or calculate the amount yourself. If you’re unsure what the page requires, keep the current order details and confirm through a ticket before proceeding.

After You Pay

After payment, return to the user dashboard to check the order status and plan details, and confirm the allowance appears in your account. Then get the client and subscription from the dashboard, and follow the guide to import and connect. The iOS client option is available according to the eligibility rules in the dashboard; this page doesn’t provide direct installation links.

If you’ve paid but the status doesn’t match your records, first check that you’re signed in to the right account and viewing the correct order. Keep your proof of payment and explain the issue in a support ticket. Don’t pay again before the status is confirmed, and never share your password or full subscription details on a public page. Find the relevant option in user dashboard support tickets.

Refund Policy and How to Request One

14-day, no-questions-asked refunds.

View the refund policy

After choosing a plan, test the connection with the activities you use most: check that the client imports successfully, the route region suits your target service, and everyday access works for your needs. The refund policy gives you room to decide after trying the service; it doesn’t guarantee access to third-party services.

To request a refund, sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket with the relevant order details so the payment and plan records can be checked. If you’ve made an upgrade or other order changes, mention them in the same request to avoid confusion. Follow up in the original ticket; there’s no need to share account credentials publicly.

Read the full refund policy before submitting a request and check the eligibility rules and order details. This page makes no additional promises about payment arrival or processing times. Contact support through a dashboard ticket about a specific order. You can also review the Terms of Service.

How much do VPNMQ plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; other options are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Use the data as needed; it never expires. Monthly plans and data packs follow different usage rules, so consider how often you use the service before choosing.

How many devices can I use at once with one plan?

There’s no device limit. Use your plan on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data: each plan has a set data allowance. If you use multiple devices, check your usage in the dashboard to see whether you need a different plan.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 14 days, no questions asked. To request one, sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket with the relevant order details. Check for updates in the same ticket. See the refund policy for eligibility details, and review your order and payment records before submitting your request.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Choose a plan in the user dashboard, then check the order total and billing terms before following the checkout instructions. After payment, return to the dashboard to confirm the order status. If it doesn’t match your payment record, submit the order details in a ticket so they can be checked before you take further action.

When does monthly plan data reset? Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the date your plan starts. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Resets don’t happen on the first of each calendar month. Before upgrading, check your current plan, remaining usage, and order details in the user dashboard, then confirm the change.

Do data packs expire or get topped up each month?

Data packs last until used and never expire. They don’t reset monthly: you get the full data allowance once, not the same amount every month. If you want data that resets monthly, compare the monthly plans. For available options to combine or switch between products, check the user dashboard.
